Couples Massage Therapy Workshop

Saturday, November 13
3:00pm to 6:00pm

$100 per Couple
with Steven Navarro, Certified Massage Therapist, LMBT and Founder of the Navarro Method.
RSVP Required: stevenavarro@gmail.com

Imagine if your partner massaged your shoulders for 10 minutes every evening, and really knew what they were doing. This workshop can make that a reality!  If your goal is to learn to connect with each other in a new way, to help each other with tension in your shoulders, or to learn to give a really good back rub, this workshop is where you start. In a fun and memorable 3 hour session, you and your loved one will learn easy massage tricks that will inspire you to make massage a habit every night. Daily massage with your partner will be an addictive and transformational experience.  What you will learn in the workshop:
-Anyone can do massage. There is no mystical “healing touch” that only a few of us possess.
-How professionals keep their hands from getting tired. It’s technique, not muscles.
-How to fix trigger points (you know them as “knots”). Yes, you can learn how to fix them yourselves.
-Real ways to make time to massage each other. Research shows that finding the time really is the biggest challenge.
-How to give a great back, scalp, and foot massage.
