Join us for a special 4 week program developed for Beginner Yoga students. You must enroll ahead of time to participate in this class: hawthorneyoga@gmail.com. Here are the details:
Poses Principles & Pranayama Yoga Series
For Beginner Students

Fridays, June 1, 8, 15 & 22
6:00pm to 8:00pm
$65-$95 Sliding Scale*
This 8 hour program will include:
- Sun Salutations, the basic building block for your Yoga asana practice.
- A basic series of 10 simple, yet effective Yoga poses to get your regular routine started.
- Introduction to Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini and Yin styles of Yoga.
- Introduction to meditation, energywork, intuition, chakras and the eight limbs of Yoga.
- Detailed instruction on yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama).
- Reading and discussion of Yoga philosophy.
*Please pay what you can within the scale of $65 to $95. You are allowed to miss classes but full payment must be received before the start date.
Please join us for another season of Philly Full Moon Yoga! Here are the details:
Classes will be held at 9:00pm sharp on the night of the full moon every month from May through September at the top of the amphitheatre at Penns Landing (where Chestnut Street bridge meets the Delaware River). Classes are $10 each, cash only. Please bring your own Yoga mat and extra layers in case it’s windy or chilly.
